The vehicle was reserved months in advance but there was no vehicle available when we arrived. We waited for over 30 min in the garage while a vehicle was being delivered. The car exterior had not been cleaned and the driver side seat back was locked in a reclined position that could not be adjusted. It was a miserable experience.Reviewed 28 Apr 2026

Our flight got in later than Budget was open. Even though the rental was scheduled for that day, we came in the next morning, and were able to get our vehicle with no problems. The lady who helped us was funny and kind. The Pacifica was clean and comfortable. Definitely the best fit for our family of 7 adults. Drop off was super quick and painless.Reviewed 16 Apr 2026

The car was fine. Budget was deceptive regarding the Toll Fees. I was asked if I wanted to pre-pay for Toll's and I declined as I was told I would receive something in the mail. They are now trying to charge me $17.00 for "Toll Convenience Fee" when the toll itself was only 3 dollars.Reviewed 6 May 2024

Friendly staff. Vehicle smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Because of this exchanged the Vehicle to different one and the new one also smelled VERY strongly of cigarette as well... also the 2nd vehicle only had a small amount of gas in it when we picked it up.Reviewed 31 Mar 2024
