Pros:Our rental ended up being through hertz since i guess they all share a counter down there. So not really any interaction with Thrifty.Cons:JUST DON'T USE PRICELINE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Especially during covid.Reviewed 4 Sep. 2020

Pros:Staff very friendly. drop off simple as a man in the garage was able to accept the key.Cons:didnt like that I was told, after charged, that the option I chose for gas meant thst I had to pay for a full tank of gar regardless of how much gas I left in the tank, and that I had to pay for the priveledge.Reviewed 3 Jul. 2020

Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful both during car pickup and dropoff. Top rate people! Even when our plane was delayed the person on the phone was very helpful in keeping our car for another day. Pros:Car was clean and great valueCons:The young attendants wrote the incorrect pick up and drop off times and was charged extra bc of it. Fortunately the gentleman at the call center noticed the discrepancy and refunded the nominal fee.Reviewed 9 Dec. 2019
