We did not receive an invoice at time of rental. The computers wern’t Working, but they said we would receive an email. We never did and when I checked my credit card, we were billed for $153, instead of the estimate of $100 for the 2 day rental. We did not upgrade our rental. Also, we were told to go to a certain parking space to pick up the car. When we go5 there, someone was already in the car, so we had to go back to the counter and she gave us another one. The pick up and drop off process was seamless. The tabk was full, and everyone was very efficient. The car could have been a little cleaner, and they should probably stop renting Kias, given the current issues with theft. Overall though, great service and everything went well.Reviewed 14 Feb. 2023

Pickup was straightforward. The car we chose, a Toyota Prius had 35K miles and was a bit banged up. Dropoff was a horror show. I caravanned with my wife, who drove the Prius, and I followed in our own car. She drove into the Budget return lot at PHL airport. She didn't receive any help figuring out where to leave the car or what she had to do in order to check out. Then, to make matters worse, there was no place for me to stop and pick her up. My only option was to park where I was blocking cars attempting to exit the rental lot as well as cars attempting to drive into the returns lot. The vehicle could have been better (car was hit, inside was stained). The customer service could have been better (I wasn't given neither paperwork emailed receipts or agreement). Icing on the cake was the next door Avis employee blocking the airport shuttle bus to pick us up. When told to move her car, she was beyond rude as if the rental was free. She indicated she's aware of blocking the way and continued the casual conversation with the Budget employee until finished.Reviewed 24 Oct. 2022
