Shockingly bad cleanliness. Had to try and clean car myself, but was so dirty that I didn’t want to touch any buttons in the car and th sort on the seats marked my clothing. Tried to return the car to the next Avis/budget branch a few miles down the road, but they had no stock, so had to clean it as best as possible and continue. Infinity QX5 with broken cruise control on a 4-hour interstate trip. Lucky I didn’t roll through a speed trap. Next morning the the LF tire was alarming as under pressure. All 4 tires were below 30 psig.Reviewed 30 Oct. 2022

Worst decision ever to have picked up an Avis, especially in down time. They gave me a crashed car that had a tire pressure issue, got a flat tire in the 1st day I got it, the. They had no availability ti change it. I had to deopp of the car and stay car less for the rest of day while I could drive to the airport to rent with a better company.Reviewed 27 Sep. 2022

I rented the car from 1pm 9/16 to 1pm 9/17 online, but I was delayed getting back and tried to return the car an hour late, but the place was closed when I got there. When I picked up the car nobody bothered to tell me that the office would be closing at the exact time I was scheduled to return the car (1pm on 9/17). So when I arrived an hour late, the place was locked. There was nobody there, and there was no way to return the car on site. It created a huge hassle. I had to call Avis. At first they told me I would have to return the car the following morning when the office opened up at 8 AM. Since I was leaving town I could not do that. Eventually they allowed me to return the car to the airport, and they doubled my rental rate.Reviewed 19 Sep. 2022
