I like the fact it is at the airport, I don’t like the fact they no longer rent from the offsite location I booked from. Van was relatively clean on the inside but the van has seen abuse in the past there were too many dents and scratches to document. In addition the Virginia Inspection sticker was from May 2023 and I rented it on September 29, 2023, so nearly 5 months past due.Reviewed 1 Oct. 2023

Pros:The staff was helpful, and pickup and drop off were easyCons:The car reeked of cigarettes. It was quite overpowering and I could smell it on my jacket after getting out of the car. As a family of non smokers, traveling with a young child, it was kind of gross and embarrassing.Reviewed 12 Apr. 2021
