I wasn’t use to just dropping the car off and go without having someone there to verify the condition of the car, that the keys are in the car and to print me a receipt. I believe if they are going to do things this way they should have an automated announcement or signage stating the change.Reviewed 10 Mar. 2023

A bit pricey, but understandable for the busy summer season. Staff were courteous. Our flight was delayed by almost 10 hours and they held the vehicle for us no questions asked. Vehicle was ready for us, clean, full tank of gas, and good to go. Return was also great, we ran a tad late but weren't charged a late fee. Would rent again.Reviewed 31 Aug. 2022

Checking in: There were only two workers, only one who was at the desk and the other was trying to find cars. Then they attempted to split the 25 people who were waiting at 11pm to get their cars but were running out of cars. They were doing the best with what they had. There were a lot of complaints from people in line though. We did get a larger car than expected, but because they were low I'm assuming, the vehicle was barely cleaned out and only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Which when I'm expected to return it full, is very annoying. The wipers barely cleaned the windshield, which thankfully I only needed once and did not have to drive in the rain otherwise it would have been dangerous.Reviewed 29 Aug. 2022

This was supposed to be a non-smoking car, but--after sitting in the sun for a day--it was clear that someone before me had smoked in it and that the detailing didn't adequately mask or eradicate the smell. I was charged for refueling, even though I refilled the tank right before drop-off. (Customer service rep was helpful and reversed the charge.) There should be a true digital check-in, so you don't have to wait in line again at the airport. (Check-out/drop-off couldn't be easier, though.)Reviewed 3 Aug. 2022
