No car available at time of rental. Budget stated that they didn’t have time to get a car from time of booking the day before. Had to come back at the end of the day to pick it up instead of 1pm when it was bookedReviewed 22 May 2026

Friendly staff, nice vehicle, easy drop off. Didn’t like the surprise of a new 13$ per day additional fee for an extra driver which adds up on an 8 day rental. Book with Costco to avoid this fee.Reviewed 30 Nov 2025

Incredible customer service. Super friendly staff. Only caveat - I think a previous renter had smoked in the car.Reviewed 10 May 2022
