Pros: No it was lacking. No proper customer service at pickup at all
Cons: Have someone at the counter to get vehicle picked up and then not even have the class of car I asked for. All in all very poor service

Great service, dirty interior
Pros: Your agent was very friendly and helpful, resulting in an exceptional experience at the counter.
Cons: Exterior was somewhat dirty, but interior was very dirty, especially on the driver's side.

Excellent
Pros: Very easy and stress free pick up and return!! Staff were polite. Only downfall was there were no running boards on the truck and it was hard to get in or out as I use a cane. Also there was only manual controls for the seat which I found hard especially not being able to get the right height of the seat. Will definitely rent again from them !!
