It was the classic Seinfeld rental car episode. I showed up to a lot full of cars, but there were no cars for me. They took my reservation but they didn’t hold it. Terrible service. I had no car and the attendant couldn’t guarantee I would have car that day - despite my having a reservation. I told her to cancel it. She wasn’t fazed at all and she made no effort to help me find a car. She didnt apologize. Terrible service. -10 out of 10Reviewed 29 May 2023

I don't think it was the Budget office's fault where I was picking up the car. The office improvised with a GMC truck that was available and gave it to us to rent. I had to wait about 35 minutes for the pickup and that made my timeline really tight.Reviewed 18 Sep. 2022

Pickup was efficient and friendly. They had plenty of cars even though I was late and extended my reservation on the other end at no additional cost as a courtesy. Car was clean and in good condition.Reviewed 22 Apr. 2022

Dealer unavailable at the last minuteCons:We had a very inconvenient time. we rented to the car in advance and we got a phone call half an hour prior from picking it up stating that they did not have the car available for us. The only car available was an hour away and $100 more per day than the selected one.
