Pros:The staff was exceptionally helpful. They were low on cars and initially going to "upgrade" me to a crossover, but when I stressed the fuel economy they turned around a car in minutes that had been returned since I showed up. And then, when I returned after 6 pm (but before the staff left), they accepted the vehicle without question. I also really appreciated that by paying in advance (not sure if a regular Hertz thing or just a limited thing) I was able to save a significant amount over other local competitors that I've used previously. Even with the more limited hours of this small shop, I would definitely consider using this Hertz location again.Reviewed 20 May 2021

Pros:The location is super convenient for us and the staff working there were very nice.Cons:The car was dirty when we picked it up; the tank was under half full; and the daily charge for an extra driver, which I didn't realize was going to be as high as it was, made the deal less economical than I originally thought it would be when I placed order online.
