Pros:I did not like anything at allCons:They did not have any cars on the day of our reservation even though we booked our car in advance. The whole point of reservations is to book a car and time slot. They should not do over bookings and inform us in the case of car unavailability so that we can arrange our plans accordingly.Reviewed 7 Sep. 2020

Pros:Staff were friendly.Cons:Pick-up took an hour. Company is definitely a pandemic profiteer in several respects, one example being their toll policy. Many toll booths only accept E-Z Pass and not cash so the license plate is charged, Enterprise will charge the customer additional fees in addition to the customer paying the toll. I explained were I was going to staff (inter-state) and received no mention of this. I also informed them that I did not own a car and have not driven since the pandemic started. I should have been updated on current procedures concerning tolls. Enterprise is definitely not be my first choice in the future.Reviewed 17 Aug. 2020

Pros:Staff not helpful. Booked a cargo van and talked to rep one day before rental confirming pick up time, etc. When we got there - we were told that the van was in for an oil change. Really on the ballPros:We reserved a car for a busy holiday weekend. Enterprise was awesome. They called us two days before to confirm and start check-in, and they advised us to show up super early to avoid any lines (which we did). During our trip, the car got dinged in a parking lot. Enterprise didn't charge us anything and helped us file a claim with our insurance company. Really great customer service all the way through. Pros:Pretty decent experience overall. No problem getting my vehicle nor dropping it off.Cons:The vehicle came with an issue that I was unaware of until about 10 hours into my trip. The tail light was not working, but you know, I didn't get pulled over, and when I told them of the issue, they said even if I got a ticket they would've taken care of it.
