Pros:That it was in airport pickup.Cons:They told me my reservation had been cancelled a few days before my arrival but couldn't tell me who had done it or why. It wasn't done by me or Expedia. It took an hour to get it straightened out, they wouldn't give me my car at the contracted price and they didn't have the car I ordered.Reviewed 8 Jul. 2019

Pros:Friendly staff, good follow through on complaint.Cons:We got an upgrade at the counter but the brand new Honda pilots did not have functioning air conditioning.. staff was understanding but could not refund our upgrade as requested. Manager called next day though and refunded our upgrade due to issue.Reviewed 28 Mar. 2019

Started wellPros:Counter help was great in Sioux Falls.Cons:First car had super strong smoke smell. Second was just faint. Annoying, but we had a funeral to go to. Major gripe was on return. Flights were cancelled and to get home we needed an alternate airport. Cost us a six-fold increase in price despite returning only two hours late. Felt we we had insult added to injury.
