I spent over three hours going back-and-forth before I could get a car, because they did not honor the original agreement saying that it was Memorial Day weekend and they would charge me for Tuesday even though I was dropping the car off on Monday, it’s a scam. They said they had to create a new agreement and not use the old one, I now I have to call Budget customer service for a refund, the customer service office told me that I need to call after I complete my trip. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car.Reviewed 31 May 2022
