Book Budget car rentals in Torrance

Cons: reservation cancelled the morning of pick up...told I could go to the airport...I'm totalled pissed off and do not recomend this service

Pros: Great car.

Cons: It took FOREVER. Could Budget be less efficient? I was behind a Romanian with a Maryland driver's license and Budget couldn't cope. Then my agent slow walked my forms. Then I got ferried to another facility where I waited while the car was cleaned. This was during my lunch break from work.

Pros: We got a car. It wasn’t what we booked but we got a car.

Cons: We didn’t receive the class of car we booked. Moreover, the car we received was dirty. The agent cleaned it a bit but it was dirty, and after we started driving we realized that the storage place next to the driver is broken. The phone has usb chargers that actually don’t charge the phone battery but preserve it (thank god for at least that). We were given the car at 3/4th gas tank and returned it at the same level but were initially charged $30+ for extra fuel. Had to show the paperwork to inside agent, Quincy, who wasn’t apologetic about my loss of time or hassle. And he said he can’t add my frequent flier number anymore either.

Pros: Easy to cancel the reservation

Cons: The rental car office was closed at the time I was scheduled to pick the car up. I reserved a minivan, but they only had a full van.

Cons: I got to the budget drop off in Torrance at 1:30 in the afternoon and there wasn't anybody around. I waited 20 mins. And the guy showed up. Maybe they need more than one person working there.

Do not book budget at Santa Clarita new hall ranch

Pros: Nothing. Well wait, actually journey was playing when I walked in, so there's that!

Cons: Location did not have cars when arrived. Waited two extra hours. Had to book directly thru enterprise. Missed flight connection. Uber and taxi fees to and from this location twice to try and pickup.
