We got a car, was difficult to get out of, we should have taken a SUV, we are seniors. The car was nice. The passenger seat was uncomfortable for the 1 1/2 hour drive.Reviewed 4 Oct. 2022

Person at the front desk did not inform about the car having all season tires instead of winter tires according to the weather. On Wednesday we has freezing rain and resulted in car getting out of control on highway 401 traffic going at 100km. It resulted pretty bad as the car got out of control and started skidding and I don't know how I got saved from that situation. I informed the same guy at the desk and he just laughed about the complaint. After that, the guy at desk started talking about the mileage driven as how I was able to drive that much in 2 days and that was sure said in insulting manner.Reviewed 31 Mar. 2022

Cons:Service from an employee who appeared rushed, despite no one being around. Different messages being delivered about availability of car, time of booking, etc. No real commitment about final cost. No walk around the car...no proper receipt for payment...Reviewed 22 Jul. 2019

OkayPros:They have fun cars. You don't see turbocharged cars too often at other agencies.Cons:They just hand you the keys, no car walk around with the customer is done. On returning the car I walked into the office and very audibly said good afternoon directly to the face of the customer service gentleman who was busy typing he didnt return the greeting plus took close to a minute to acknowledge me. At other agencies I would have immediately recieved an acknowledgement. Customer service and manners are a big deal for me. The exterior and interior of the office are also badly in need of some sprucing up. The car was also pricey compared to other rental agencies in the area.Reviewed 30 Aug. 2016
