Return car Jan 2. Want to know & check payable. Doc system needs impro
Pros: They re easy going when I requested a change of vehicle on 1st day. 2 pick up experience are good. They worked fast. No long wait. Drop off airport was painful. Hard to find Enterprise entrance!
Cons: I didn’t get correct receipt or rent contract. I didn’t hv any paper 1st day as they said they would email me. But no email received. I requested paper 2nd day. They gave me one but vehicle info wasn’t right. I told them the incorrect info n asked question about payable by email. No reply. After returned car 4 days, I still hv no email no receipt. I still don’t know what payable. Doc needs improvement.

Under 25 drivers steer clear
Pros: Kayak made it seem easy, and booking was fast. I like that I didn't have to pay upfront.
Cons: I wasn't able to rent a car at all because Kayak all the small print and so I didn't show up to the dealership with the proper paperwork for under 25 driver. The person st enterprise was very kind but couldn't rent me a car so I went elsewhere. I won't be using kayak again for a while.

Pros: Great service. Got a shocking phone call when I found out all the cars returned were damaged and I didn't have a rental. But Fasid called me back a short time later and managed to find me a car. Great service. will be back again for site. And the weekend service being opened is a HUGE +.
