Manager would not rent to me and made me to go the airport. I told him that he had to manually enter my driver's license and he refused to. At the airport they listened and rented to me with no problem. I am livid that he made Uber to airport, horrible customer service from the manager.Reviewed 5 Apr. 2023

My disappointment with my rental car experience was not with Budget (although the agent at Orlando Sanford Airport could have been nicer), my problem was with Kayak. When I booked it was not clear that I was booking with a rental car agency that was office site. Buyer be ware, this resulted in me getting a taxi to take me 20+ miles to the agency and a $60.00 bill one-way. I don't think I will use Kayak again. customer service. I was late for pickup due to extensive train delay. arrived after closing. but representative was still there finishing up with another customer. had to beg him to dispatch me with the car. he told me its not his problem my train was late. and I agree, it was not his fault. but he could have acted a little more helpful. he did give us the van. but I feel he could have been more courteous. His job is customer service, and help with problems instead of saying the delay was not his problem.Reviewed 25 Aug. 2021
