5.8 Okay
Pros: Location excellent for where I need to be
Cons: Self check & poor lighting in room.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Staff were helpful at all times
Cons: Had to pay extra to use the gym and pool, when we thought this was inclusive. A hotel of this standard should include all facilities in the price and allow guests access to the gym.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: breakfast was good, evening meals good but pricey, don't use booking.com as its cheaper to book direct, rooms are tired and need repainting with lighter colours
Cons: evening meals good but pricey, don't use booking.com as its cheaper to book direct, rooms are tired and need repainting with lighter colours. When i tried to get a price match on the same hotels prices when i arrived ended with me giving up trying to talk to someone about it, quick to take your money but make it very difficult to get them to price match
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location just off moterway
Cons: Expensive, payed for best room, given a disabled room. Not very clean. Staff not very friendly
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable beds.
Cons: All hotel information via an app.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Room except for the shower
Cons: Nothing open and no offer of discount for lack of facilities
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, there are a pub and supermarket close by, rooms were spotless with plenty of room and beds were comfy.
Cons: Heating in our room did break on the last night but the staff were very prompt to come and fix it and offered to change our room.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The facilities and location was good. Pub/restaraunt across the way as an option to inhouse. Big car park so parking no problem. Room looks nice but everything sort of feels dated. Bath/shower, not just shower and water was hot.
Cons: Having a pool is all well and good, even paying £5 to use it. But needing to use it at 6am to avoid having to share with large numbers of none residential visitors makes it somewhat impractical. The Hotel also promotes Party/Wedding events, so expect 'disturbance' to run late into the night, even when located on 'premium' top floor. Promoting TV channels to find you only get about 10, with only one none freeview is misleading. Really felt it was expensive for what was delivered.

7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but the room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and soft bedding. We didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment. Lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues please call in advance and book a ground floor room. Bar prices are expensive so be warned. I’d stay again.
Cons: Nothing really, just the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the bar was expensive.

Pros: Exceptionally well presented and very tasteful decor. The food was fantastic as was the welcome and the friendliness of the staff. A real gem!
Cons: All good really
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, excellent staff and food.
Cons: The room was rather noisy, especially if you wanted an early night as it was over the bar and at the front beside a main road. A little disappointing as I had requested a quiet room. If non was available then an apology and explanation would have been appreciated. Also one of the beds was very “ squeaky “ and was akin to sleeping on a brick. Such a shame because it’s a lovely hotel with exemplary staff. Please change the bed nearest the wall in room 3, and we’d be back in a heartbeat.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice pub, food and drinks were good. The room was nicely decorated and ample space.
Cons: The bed was harder than I would like but that’s just personal preference.

Pros: Simple check in
Cons: There was a few stains on the wall . No confirmation that there had been a full deep clean of the room's before staying .shower tary looked unclean . Needs cilit bang spraying in there - room 7.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good value for money good shower.
Cons: Cleaners need more time to clean rooms as their was a lot of dirt under beds and the room smelled of cigarettes from previous guest i also think they should check the place every couple of hours as the very immature teenages next door were very noisy talking. Shouting etc running up down corridor. . First time i think they have left their parents
7.0 Good
Pros: Train your staff with a customer service course or better still sack these incompetent idiots and get new staff in
Cons: The asian customer service advisors at euro garages were very rude and not helpful when i told them i had booked online and need to check in and told me i couldnt do and said i had to check in after 2pm. After a heated debate managed to sort it out. No please hello thank you etc. I wont be coming back here ever again
7.0 Good
Pros: The price was good, the big tv, the quietness, bed bathroom
Cons: That I had to go to spar to check in. The alarms went off at midnight and got everyone confused. The water drain in the shower was slow so had to stop showering for water to drain first
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely shower, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and Tv available. Room was cosy with heating too. Food places right outside as it’s a service station.
Cons: Wouldn’t say the rooms are soundproof as advertised on here as you can her people outside your room even if someone is walking past in the corridor. We only had 2 regular towels between us, would have been nice just to of had 2 smaller ones as well. There was also only 2 little pots of milk which barely made one cup of tea, the room we booked was a quadruple room meant for 4 people.
1.0 Poor
Cons: The room smelt had a really bad odour and the fire alarm went off had to stand outside

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, room
Cons: Pillows were extremely hard, had to use blanket as no oher available
7.1 Good
Pros: It was convenient.
Cons: I realise that these are unprecedented times. We organised this stay for our daughter as she had been living with my elderly parents and was beginning a teaching practice last Monday so we moved her out to protect them. We live in Germany, so are not round the corner. When our daughter arrived for her pre booked stay on Thursday night, she was told that the hotel was closing and that she needed to clear her things from her room. Nobody attempted to communicate that the hotel was closing, either by phone, by email or over booking.com which I find utterly unbelievable and extremely disappointing.
3.0 Mediocre

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I received a really warm welcome from the staff, having made a last minute booking due to a poor experience at another hotel. They were especially kind to my dog - providing a bed and bowl so I didn't have to unpack my own from my car. The hotel is in a lovely setting with lots of nature walks available straight from the hotel.
Cons: The room, while comfortable was a little dated and probably needed refreshing or updating. The spa facilities were a little disappointing - some of the facilities weren't working, broken handrails etc and only a minute cubicle to be able to change in privacy.

Pros: Large enough room, very large bed, very good breakfast. Room had an actual wardrobe with doors! Heating/air conditioning could be controlled by customer.
Cons: None of the BBC channels on TV and radio had any sound. Reported to reception 8pm on the way out for the evening, wasn't too surprised that the fault wasn't fixed presumably until after we left next morning. The fault appeared to have been known about when we reported it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived at 2:30pm and headed straight to the bar for our afternoon tea. The woman serving us was brilliant. So friendly and helpful. We chose the Georgian house hotel for a mini spa break because my Grandad passed away last month and I've been taking care of my Grandma as well as my children none stop since. The first place that showed up when I searched was the Georgian House and my Grandad used to work there for many years right up to retiring. It felt like it was meant to be. It far exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I needed for a nice relaxing night. Thank you.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

7.5 Good
Pros: Size of room was good
Cons: Stair carpets looked like they need replacing.

Pros: Most things.
Cons: The staff were talking about me as I was about to leave the hotel. They should at least wait till the customer has left the building before talking about them.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I paid £89 each for two rooms not worth the money at all as the rooms were tidy and very dated. I will never stay here again
Cons: Rooms Food
7.0 Good
Pros: Food was very good (albeit quite expensive), the staff were great with the kids
Cons: There was an issue with guests in the room next to us shouting and fighting, we had to call the reception at 3am as it had woken us and our 2 kids up, and after another 20-25 mins we phoned the reception again as it had not been resolved. This resulted in the police arriving a further 30ish minutes later. I feel the reception night staff could have handled this better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and approachable. My dog got treats to.

Pros: The spa is great steam room and hot tub we're great. Loved the open bay to the outside in the hot tub
Cons: The window didn't work you should probably fix that but generally very good. But most of the facilities were not operational: aromatherapy room, sauna, bio sauna not functioning.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I was feeling unwell, and bearing in mind i use this hotel frequently from work, i was not impressed. due to being ill, i was unable to get downstairs to provide my credit card details, and normally i would go down stairs activate my card, order room service. I was very unwell and asked for room service as i had not eaten all day and was in no fit state to even go downstairs. FIRSLTY I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE, THEN THEY AGREED AND I WAS ASKED TO GO DOWN AND ACITIVE MY CARD. AFTER ILLITERATING THAT I COULD NOT GET DOWNSTAIRS, THEY AGREED TO LET ME HAVE ROOM SERVICE, WHICH WAS ONLY SOUP. THE PERSON DELIVERING THE SOUP WOULD NOT LET ME HAVE IT UNTIL I HAD PAID FOR IT, WHICH I WAS PREPARED TO DO, BUT THE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING SO STILL WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE SOUP. WHEREAS I COULD EASLIY SIGN AND PAY FOR IT ON DEPARTURE WHICH WAS FIVE DAYS AWAY. FINALLY HE AGREED, AS HE KNEW ME. MADE ME FEEL LIKE A CRMINAL FOR WHAT ABOUT £6,95, PLUS THEY STILL CHARGED ME £5.00 FOR TRAY SERVICE, DESPITE ME BEING ILL. WHAT A FARCE. AT NO POINT DID THE MANAGER OR ANYONE I SPOKE TO SHOW AN CONCERN THAT I WAS ILL, AND WHAT THE PROLEM WAS, IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING TO AID ME, THEY JUST WANTED THE MONEY, WHICH FOR A BIG HOTEL IS VERY LITTLE IN THE SCHEME OF THINGS. I COULD HAVE HAD CORONOVIRUS, BUT NOT ONE QUESTIONED THAT I WAS SICK. THE SHOWER HEAD KEPT FALLING IN THE BATH ROOM AND LOCK DID NOT WORK. THE TELLY HAD A BUG IN IT AND WOULD NOT COME ON.

Pros: Great hotel in the middle of no place, very chilled out and seemed to be a local hub for the remote community. The room was clean and smart looking. Very nice stay
Cons: I arrived late but the kitchen was still open. So that was a positive but the price of the food and drink was a little high.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean and pleasant room. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Noise in room - either not insulated or walls very thin. Easy to tell what your neighbours are talking about!

Pros: In the circumferences with the Corona virus the staff were excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good. Would definitely recommend
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and the Full english breakfast were superb. No idea though why beans came in a dish. Just put them on the plate with rest of breakfast!!!!
Cons: The cheese and chutney sandwich, ordered with Afternoon tea, came with no chutney. Butter with scones would have been nice too

Pros: The scenery was lovely
Cons: Was put in a room that was over powered by paint fumes recently decorated lovely reception girl moved us rooms without a problem. Next room was much better only down side was the lighting the lights on the celing are situated as you walk in not in the actual room so made getting ready for evening out at the dressing table hard work

Pros: The location was fine. The room was nice. The food and the restaurant service were good.
Cons: The only complaint was that our room wasn't serviced after our 2nd night there, otherwise the relevant markings would be higher.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Really enjoyed our stay made all the better by the chef going above and beyond to open the kitchen after hours to make us chips. Breakfast was excellent too.
9.0 Excellent
