Pros: Breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting, gorgeous period hotel, amazing super friendly, polite, helpful and attentive staff. Food was excellent and good value. Bed was huge and super comfy.
Cons: Tiny bit shabby in places but that can be a bonus in that you can relax - it's not overly pretentious. Didn't like the way service was added individually onto everything on the bill, it was very confusing. Was however, quite happy to pay an additional charge/tip as the service was so deserving.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Atmospheric, clean and comfortable
Cons: Had to wait a while for someone to come and take a drinks order one time at least 20 minutes the had to ask several times before anyone came.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Having to pay for room service before the morning because I hadn’t left a credit car tab open
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of hanging space and tea/coffee making facilities. The room service was prompt and the food we ordered delicious and just what we needed. It was a real treat staying in the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The choice for breakfast was varied and extensive and we both chose something which we would not eat at home and it was beautifully cooked and presented. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom, which had some paint peeling, could do with a bit of attention, but that's a minor quibble and didn't spoil our stay at all. We would definitely want to stay again.
Cons: The bathroom needs a bit of TLC.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room.
Cons: The bar area was not what we expected as it was modern and this also was the breakfast room. The prices of drinks at the bar were extortionate!
4.3 Okay
Pros: All staff, friendly and helpful.
Cons: Pillows were synthetic slabs, grubby room, beware, double executive rooms are too small for two adults. Tiny bathroom. After heavy complaint was moved one grade up, room size average, curtains grubby, roller blinds old, perforated. Breakfast poor. Although hotel has internet not working in room, stayed five nights without being rectified. If had not prepaid room would have moved elsewhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and nice location.
Cons: N/A
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Unfortunately, the rooms on the 2nd floor as I have recently had , 42 and 40 are not up to the standard of rooms on the first floor , a little bit shabby, and hot water not always available . I have been a regular visitor and accept with late booking it may not always be possible to provide the better quality room, I understand that the price reflects your occupancy . So my rating reflects this . I am always greeted by your staff which I appreciate they are very professional , I would hope to be able to have the better rooms on the 1st floor if possible on my future visits

7.0 Good
Pros: Compact, smartly designed rooms . Good air conditioning.
Cons: The heat outside meant that the air con dripped water into the room all through the night and I couldn't get myself to fall asleep . It settled on nights 2 and 3 however.

10.0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel was crazy huge but not in a good way. Like, I felt like I was in a Hotel California or something. Maybe a few maps in the many hallways, corridors amd wings of the hotel would have been helpful

Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was easy to check in, find the room, and everything that we needed was availalbe in the room. Restaurant food and staff were excellent.
Cons: trying to figure out how the shuttle to the airport worked wasn't easy, we called down to the front desk atleast 5 times trying to sort it all out. But in the end it worked okay. They said that the shuttle driver would have change(cost 5 pounds) he didnt
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons: Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked how close we were to the airport and transport.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very easy to find from the bust stop (right outside) and so accessible to the airport. My mother and I got room service because we were exhausted and the food was terribly delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the airport With bus transportation
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location close to the airport. Easily reached by free bus to avoid the Hotel Hoppa charge. Go to Stand 19 at the Central Bus station and catch either the 105, 140, 111 or 285 bus. Get off 2 stops later at Sipson Way / Blunts Ave (Stop BC) and the hotel is clearly marked. It's a 200 yard level walk to reception.
Cons: Didn't like the 12% service charge at the bar. It took a pint of very ordinary Stella past the £5.50 mark. Then they have the nerve to ask for a gratuity at the bottom of the bill
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to terminal, beautiful room, quiet and comfortable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the convenience of location.
Cons: No heat and bathroom needs to be updated.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, convenient for overnight stay between the flights
Cons: Reception agent took too long to check in, TV remote control didn’t operate, had to turn off TV, internet didn’t work in the morning, there was no connection. This is unacceptable for the price that I paid.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location adjacent to Heathrow Terminal 5 is excellent.
Cons: Room we were allocated was at the end of a corridor where there was no lighting. We could not see the room number as it was too dark. On check in we were informed that breakfast was all room service due to the health restrictions and could be served at any time. At check in I filled in a form requesting breakfast at 05:00 to 05:15 and this was accepted. Next morning: no breakfast. Room service informed me that breakfast was not available before 06:00 as the chef started work at 05:30!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So good close to the terminal and so quite , just what we needed.
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Despite several emails to hotel to know if they were indeed still open or if we could have early check-in-NO RESPONSE.due to covid19 breakfast was via rm service we filled out required forms and gave to reception at 3pm,the food never arrived and we had to get on our flight starving. The shower was only tepid and made a buzzing noise when tried to put it on full power.A woeful experience for a supposed 5star.disgusted.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spotless, the beds amazingly comfortable and the breakfast couldn't have been better. The short walk to Heathrow was definitely a big plus.
Cons: We had such a short stay so didn't find anything to dislike and probably wouldn't have.

Pros: The room was clean, nice, and the service was spectacular. A great way to end our trip to London.
Cons: If it was a bit closer to the city, we would have stayed the entire time. BUT getting us closer to Heathrow was why we stayed there, so I guess it served an even greater purpose.

Cons: Concierge staff excellent very professional, courteous and extremely helpful thank you! Reception staff friendly and welcoming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Early check-in, friendly staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The style and decor of the hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has wonderful menu, delicious food. If I stay in London again, I likely to stay at the Blu Edwardian.
Cons: Our stay was just for the night, and there was a great deal of jet lag involved. The hotel has less available restaurants at latter hours unlike other airport hotels in other major cities.
6.0 Good
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Having used the Edwardian many times over the years, although admittedly some years ago, I was very disappointed to see the downward trend that was evident in the hotel since then. The whole place presented as a shabby shadow of its former self. Corridor carpets especially did not look to have been cleaned for years and, despite being on a non smoking floor, there was a very strong smell of tobacco smoke evident in the room.

Cons: Everything
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bar staff were really nice and the lobby was up to par.
Cons: The reception staff were rude and impatient. Coming from the US for the first time after letting them know that you would think they would be helpful and patient however they were more rude and the total opposite. Took forever with towels, help, etc.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a great stay. Was only there for a night, staying before flying out at Heathrow the next day. Having a bus take you directly to the hotel from the airport was wonderful. Cons: The restaurant is OK but more options would be nice
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds are great as well as room temperature. This means you sleep better. Great coffee machine in room.
Cons: Staff seemed unfriendlier this time but I am supposing that it is because of the Corona-virus. Rooms are small. All facilities closed because of virus. They should have mentioned this when booking. I stayed here 2 weeks ago and came back here not only because of the comfortable beds, but also for the use of the gym. Very disappointing.

Cons: Breakfast buffet only and fairly expensive for the three optional breakfasts. Elevators very busy at checkout (10:00 am). On first floor and first 3 elevators full. Walked down to lobby twice with bags before my wife found an elevator with room for her to come down with last bag
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a very nice hotel with great rooms. The food we got was also good. Great location too. By far the best mattress/pillows I have had in a hotel. Parking is extra (£12) but reasonable and secure.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cleanliness, and the comfortable beds.
Cons: The shower door doesn't extend the full length of the tub. Also the lights turned off an hour before checkout making it difficult to finish our packing. The view was of a carpark, but then it's the airport so not really a surprise.

Pros: Place, one stop to Heathrow.
Cons: No Internet.

Cons: Noise of planes over our head till late, very thin walls so we could hear other hosts talking, shouting, crying, walking, etc. all night.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It's not a walking distance from the airport, you have to take a shuttle that doesn't run after midnight. You can't go to central London from the hotel, you have to go back to the Airport to take the underground subway and you must verify the hours of the last shuttle & subway
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. It's a run down dump.
Cons: This is a rundown dump, with as many rooms squeezed in as possible. I never booked this for myself and the people in our foreign office who did, would not have had they seen it, or been in it. Never again and I have stayed in some awful places during 30 years of international travel. This place has been put on our blacklist, never to be used!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so inviting and the room was very very comfortable, spacious and cosy
Cons: Shared bathroom was down the corridor and the doorways are short
5.7 Okay
Pros: Shulltle service, despite due to late check in had to leave at 6 am, instead of 6:45 am. Either way better than leaving London at 5:00 am on Express or subway, or paying high cost for other hotels near Heathrow. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons: Check in was abit too long waited about 25 mins
4.0 Okay
Pros: A fairly basic hotel, convenient enough for Heathrow (via the paid shuttle bus - to the hotel door).
Cons: Its showing its age in places. Due to Covid the restaurants were not operating - I had Bed & Breakfast booked and was really looking forward to my full-English breakfast,. Unfortunately had to make do with a snack bag with a dry croissant (in a sealed pack), a tub of yoghurt and some juice.

Cons: No kettle or tea making facility.
7.1 Good
Pros: All normal
Cons: If they checked out the cleaning of the room especially the toilet before my check-in
4.2 Okay
Pros: Cool room decor
Cons: Huge noisy party going on all over lobby when I arrived. Couldn’t find check-in desk. Couldn’t hear what clerk was saying because noise was so loud. Couldn’t get WiFi in room but couldn’t call desk because no phone in room. Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location and excellent value for the money. Staff appears to be better trained than on previous visits.
Cons: Since this is Marriott's deluxe youth hostel brand, younger travellers will probably favor it more than older ones. USB ports in the rooms are too pokey.

Pros: The staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: Check in quick. Good location to and from Heathrow. The taxi company they recommended was brilliant. We had lunch in our room which was pretty good. I'm sure when the world is back to normal this hotel will seem ok. You get what you pay for.
Cons: I didnt like the fact that homeless people were wandering around the hotel, walking drunkenly with bottles of wine in their hands I fully understand why they were there but it wasnt right the way they conducted themselves. In the breakfast buffet, taking food without a plate directly with a fork and standing eating getting food all over the floor. Everyone was told to take their food to their rooms. No one wearing masks anywhere in the hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the room and the staff was in general very helpful and kind. The bus stop was right outside the hotel.
Cons: The breakfast was really not that great. Compared to other ibises it was scarce. I would have enjoyed a table in my room or at least a tray to put my food on. Also, I couldn’t open the window so I had to use the air conditioner.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nicely furnished.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and nice gas station shop next to the hotel. Close proximity to the airport.
7.0 Good
Pros: location, ease of check in and out procedure. Room had everything I needed. No complicated internet login procedure.
Cons: The breakfast had to be collected from the dining area and eaten in the room. I believe this was to comply with social distancing rules. There were no trays to collect the food so you had to cram everything into one small dish and take your drink then make a rather unsafe journey back to your room using the elevator. The lack of trays was shocking - even normally trays would be available.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness . The room was expectionally clean, so clean you can smell the freshness. I came in with a serious headache, the smell soothes my headache.
Cons: Think of providing body lotion in the bathroo, Shower caps as well for ladies. We don't like our hair messed up.
7.0 Good
Pros: Under the circumstances the hotel were coping very well. All guidelines were in place .......
Cons: That half the guests were not adhering to the guidance but that is no fault of the hotel ..........
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: None

Pros: The beds were so comfortable and breakfast outstanding!
Cons: Air conditioning could be better, had to get a fan for our room. Did not like that A/C went off automatically, Woke up hot in middle of night and had to get up and turn A/C back on
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Walkable to a good English pub. Extremely clean and quiet, despite proximity to airport. Overnighting here is a great choice to break up the legs of a very long flight (e.g., Middle East to North America). Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: It's ridiculous that the Hoppa bus costs 9 pounds per person to get from the airport (round trip). From the ground floor, the elevators need your room card to function, and they would read our room card only sporadically. Hair dryer was broken.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was organized well in terms of Covid restrictions.
Cons: Room service could have been better No concierge service for older visitors with lots of luggage
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and cozy

Pros: the front desk staff very accommodating, as we arrived early from the us, she advised us to have breakfast & get settled first & she would do her best. before our meal was done she came to advise us both of our rooms were ready. Now that is service.
Cons: I needed an airport shuttle, I assumed it was provided by the hotel? It was not as we boarded shuttle we were told it must be pre paid by apple pay or cash. we did not have currency yet after flying 22 hours. not the best first impression of London to st

4.0 Okay
Cons: The air comditioning was broken, we had to suffer in the heat all night
4.0 Okay
Cons: Ridiculously high meal prices.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport , plenty of activities and resteraunts inside hotel , staff accommodating
4.0 Okay
Pros: The proximity to LHR was acceptable...
Cons: The hotel was tired. The carpets were dirty and stained and looked as if you might pick up virus. There was only one person on reception for check in and out, for a significant number of rooms. The room doors seem to date back to the 80's. In fact on one room there was no internal security latch. There was dust on the shelves where the glasses were kept. The remote control for the TV had dirt embedded around the buttons. With Corona-Virus being the latest hot topic, it did not make one feel comfortable using the remote control..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the fact that the beds felt like they were new. I think this is a must for a nice hotel to have a comfortable bed. Shuttle was perfect to and from the airport. 5 Ponds per adult and children free.
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was truly four star and better. The milk and cookie card for our son was above and beyond!
Cons: The air conditioner was not working in our room. There was a desk fan set up indicating it was known and therefore we could have been warned. The building was dated and the bathroom furnishings were either old or unclean. Three stars
4.0 Okay
Pros: Water in the rooms and the late night staff were great
Cons: I had to switch rooms 4 times because the first 3 nonsmoking rooms all smelled like smoking rooms. And they double charged my card.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable Nice restaurant Great customer service
Cons: Kids are not allowed in the jacuzzi
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Had an excellent rate for this Hotel. Location was perfect for the airport in the morning. Very very busy, lots of families, cabin crew going through. Used the great sized pool. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. A good hotel.
Cons: I thought some of the pool area did not smell great and I also did not like the way guest went form the steam room/sauna straight into the pool without showering. Otherwise a really nice sized pool open until late.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, excellent location to the airport and Uxbridge.
Cons: I recommend this hotel for transit travelers through Heathrow
7.0 Good
Pros: Exceptionally polite and helpful staff, and very comfortable room - as expected from CP.
Cons: I asked for a room close to an elevator as I had a lot of luggage and my room was at the end of a long corridor. As I got closer to my room the decor deteriorated (perhaps redecoration is ongoing), but once inside the room was just fie.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool & fitness center
