Pros:The counter person was pretty nice and friendly. The check in and check out was really quick. We love the vehicle because it accommodated our whole family and the purpose for the rental and it was a really smooth and comfortable ride.Cons:The rental company should have cleaned the vehicle before renting it out. It was really dirty, inside and out, and my daughter found a used, dirty mask, that could have exposed us to Covid!!! There was dirt in the center council and in the storage compartments on the doors, and the vehicle looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Also, there were smudges/hand and fingerprints on the windows and center council. We really would expect a higher level of cleanliness during a time like this!!!Reviewed 22 Nov. 2020

mazda 3Pros:car was comfortable and new, very clean. loved driving a model i havent before. dollar reps are great.Cons:the screen & 'smart' features on the car were not always working. they would often misfire. the radio was a bust, as with the screen not consistently working channels could not be used.Reviewed 22 Mar. 2018

ANT INFESTATIONPros:The car was roomy.Cons:The car was infested with ants the whole time. I did not call because i didn't want to deal with someone hundreds of miles away. Also, I was too far from the airport to return the car and did not want to waste my valuable vacation time.Reviewed 27 Sep. 2017

Good experiencePros:The person who helped us was really nice, gave us directions for where we were heading and some passes to get into a botanical garden that was on our way.Cons:Definitely did not match the quoted price on kayak...
