The advertised price had hidden fees. I paid 285 for the car for one week. When I dropped it off, I was hit with 86 dollars of all sorts of random taxes. The car was dropped with full tank of gas. Drop off was great but pick up awful and we ended up with electric vehicle which I didn't mind but no instructions on charging and didn't have adapter for tesla charger. Also the center console was locked with pin # we weren't given and couldn't get a hold of anyone who could help us.Reviewed 9 Oct 2023

Pros:Nice, efficient staff/pickup. Perfect size of car.Cons:Confusing to find right place to drop off. Had to ask staff at a competitor's counter. Would have been helpful to have had signs posted on all sides of the Dollar "hut" directing customers to Hertz and how to get back there, since alreary passed.Reviewed 8 May 2021

Cons:I prepaid for a intermediate SUV. When I arrived at the counter I was told there was a 30 minute wait for cars. Then I was told there are no intermediate SUV's available and I was given a Toyota Camry. When I asked about the price difference, I was hastily told by the agent (who was unapologetic) that she could not help me and that I was to go the the counter at the return center. At the return center, the line was very long and moving quite slowly. The airport shuttle arrived and I had to get out of line and was never able to have my rental charges adjusted. I was legally contracted for and paid for a larger and more expensive rental. I am entitled to a partial refund.Reviewed 24 Apr 2021
