This was like hiring a car thirty years ago! Incredibly long queues (with a ticket system that nobody knew existed) and incredibly long check-in procedures. The check-in staff tried to shake me down for extra money on three occasions, despite me having made and paid-for the booking in advance. I will never rent from Dollar again.Reviewed 16 Sep. 2022
