Terrible experience. Will never use them again. We reserved a vehicle 6 months prior to travel. When we got there they only had a minivan for us. We had 6 people and a baby we were going into the mountains to ski and they could only provide a front wheel drive minivan when we ordered a luxury SUV with four wheel drive. Pros:Easy check in/out process. Employee was very friendly and helpful.Cons:The A/C did not work. The only reason it was bearable was because we went up the mountain and had the windows down with the cool breeze. But it was very hot /sweaty with the windows up and in Reno without the colder air outside.Reviewed 3 May 2021

Pros:Car Rental was close to terminal, got a small SUV Nissan Rogue for a super reasonable price.Cons:Wish all car rental experiences could be like this. I've had hidden fees that were more than the car rental cost. This one was the price quoted online.Reviewed 2 Dec 2020

Pros:The price of the car was low, as the accommodations were what I wanted. Moreover, the drop off/pick up was straightforward.Cons:I think that directions to picking up the car should have been more evident, and larger signs are to be used to identify the spot where the car is parked.
