I thought Dollar rent a car did a great job in regards to the experience picking up the car and dropping it off, the only negative that I have for them is that they are not at the airport!! They are about 5 minutes down the road but that was not given in the information from kayak. There's a shuttle that picks you up at the airport and it comes every 15 minutes. But for the day that I arrived it took about a half an hour or more for the shuttle to arrive. So with that said, the car they provided was great. The experience checking in and out was great but it needs to be stated that they are not at the airport.Reviewed 17 Jul 2024

Kayak incorrectly advertised this rental agency as being inside the terminal of the Keflavík Airport. In reality it’s not even walkable, you have to drive 8 minutes to get there. Added a lot of extra time to our pickup when we were expecting to grab our car at the airport.Reviewed 2 Jun 2024
