The staff was very friendly and did not shy away from any questions I asked in detail. I was fortunate for them to track down a Car with winter tires which made my Trip to Banff all the more enjoyable. I had no issues with pickup and drop off. I could not ask for anything more!

Everything was great, the associate at the pick-up location even gave us a free upgrade! The car however did start requesting an oil change, so if I would have had the car for any longer that could have been an issue.

It was dealer pick they gave me a truck and it didn’t fit out of the underground parking. There was food stuck to the seat and seat belt. There was crumbs In every pocket. The tires rubbed and it was shaky on the highway.I dropped it off a day early and they still charge me for the next day.
