Cons:I paid for a truck but when I got there was told that they had no more trucks, and thus was given a very small compact car. Having a small car hindered us from going down certain icy roads in Yellowstone. I still had to pay the same rate, even though a compact car should be cheaper. FrustratingReviewed 21 Jan. 2019

Inconvenient drop off and pick up locationsPros:The service this was well staffed, the staff members were efficient and friendly.Cons:They did not have a wide range of vehicles (we rented an SUV) and it was a long outdoor walk to pick up the vehicle from the lot, and an even longer walk to drop off the vehicle.
