Pros:Nice vehicle and reasonable priceCons:Reserved a pick-up truck (necessary for the purpose of our trip) months in advance of the travel dates. I arrived at the rental location to pick up the vehicle only to be told they did not have any trucks...they could 'maybe' get me a small sedan. We were told we 'could check back later in the day' that the unavailable vehicle was due to the Coronavirus...really??? I insisted they find a truck and that they call me when one was found. A truck did turn up and we were able to keep our plans for our trip...but the stress at how this started out was a disappointment.Reviewed 21 Oct. 2020
