Cuando alquilé el coche por Internet, el precio total era 108,07 USD. Pero cuando devolví el coche me llegó una factura de 196 USD. aproximadamente. Aparte que el depósito de combustible no estaba completamente lleno cuando lo recibí. Enterprise has an algorithm that allows cars to be "reserved" (including with "availability confirmed" by reservation agent); but when the customer arrives he finds himself "waitlisted" because there is no car available. This happened three times: one with an online reservation (through Kayak); one with a phone reservation with an Enterprise agent; and one at a separate location through an online reservation followed up by a phone call ... Cons:The vehicle wasn’t cleaned and didn’t have any gas, so we had to switch to another, but same sized. Long line at check in, had to wait over 30 minutes and then spent another 20 minutes or so with the associate. The associates were great though. Wished the car had an entertainment package for the money. Will rent there again.Reviewed 6 Apr. 2021

Pros:Allowed a oneway drop off at Knoxville when travel plans had to change.Cons:The enterprise location made me take a $17 dollar taxi to the second location located a very short distance from airport. It was my mistake in original booking but they made no effort to assist me other than informing me that I was at the "wrong" location.Reviewed 10 Oct. 2017
