After being switched to 4 different cars, we finally got one albeit 3 hours later than promised. Car was dirty inside and out; particularly the glass and windshield. The dirty glass inside and out made it unsafe to drive until I cleaned it. The car had 40,000 miles on it, and the worn out windshield wipers made the situation worse. Car was reliable. The Enterprise website and office phone message state how much care they put into cleanliness ... they really dont.Reviewed 14 Oct. 2021

Pros:The drop off was great and Noah was very helpful, but the original enterprise dealer called two hours before pickup to let us know they had no car for us . This cause great concern considering we needed the car for a memorial service for a decrease relative.Cons:If a company has a commitment to provide a service or product they should be held to fulfill that contact and not call two hours prior to pick up staying they don't have become we had asked for. We were extremely dissappointed but mad. They managed to come up with car at a different location but not the one we asked for and asked for two weeks prior to pick up.Reviewed 16 Jun. 2021

Pros:We thought we were renting from the airport location. My mistake, so we took Uber over to the correct place. We were supposed to have a mid-size SUV but when we got there, there was only a Camry and a compact SUV (Ford Escape, I think). We had 5 adults and luggage for skiing, so these were not an option. The staff there was very accommodating and did find a van that was finishing up a repair at a body shop. One of the employees took us to get food during the 45 minutes or so that we waited, so that was nice. I'm not sure the tires on the van were Colorado traction legal. We were traveling from Colorado Springs to Breckenridge. I saw a digital highway sign that Traction Law was in effect, but was not sure what that meant until someone explained later. Made it over the pass near Alma Ok but later that night had to get a push in Breck. Since the law was in effect , the van was required to be 4WD (which it wasn't) or have snow tires, which I don't think it did.Cons:Getting the right vehicle.Reviewed 22 Mar. 2021

Pros:Pick up and drop off was fast and easy. I was asked if I needed a ride which was greatly appreciated. I didn't need one this time but I might in the future.Reviewed 16 Mar. 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly. Easy drop off.Cons:The car was dirty, missing a floor mat, missing plastic pieces inside. It had 35k miles on it, so I'm sure it's going to be taken out of the rental rotation soon.Reviewed 3 Aug. 2020

Pros:I didn't like this experience with Enterprise at all.Cons:The attitude of the staff. Every single one was horrible to me and even have it recorded when they lied about the insurance. Manager was a complete hateful jerk and the lady that helped us first was so rude it was ridiculous.Reviewed 30 Jul. 2020
