Cons:Did not have the vehicle (pickup truck) I had reserved or any other vehicle options. Should not have accepted reservation if can't fulfill it. Had to pay for a Lyft ride home since I came away without a vehicle.Reviewed 29 Oct. 2020

Pros:The pickup was extremely easy once it was my turn, did a quick walk around swiped my card and I was off. The young guy that got me going was very quick and polite.Cons:When the TV commercials say we'll pick you up that's true if you are already within walking distance anyway!!! The office is located on the edge of town, I live 13 miles away down a 55 mph state hwy, they wouldn't come pick me up because I was outside the 10 mile radius. The thing that really upset me is any place say 5-7 miles away in town would have taken as long or longer with lights and traffic!!!Reviewed 10 Oct. 2020

Pros:The process of reserving the car and the car itself was easy.Cons:There was an issue when I dropped off the car in Helena. I will say that the empolyee, Gwen, who helped me from Albany was VERY helpful. She resolved the issue. I feel that the employee in Helena was also very kind and was just trying to do his job. The situation did cause me some stress, though.Reviewed 16 Jun. 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly, but they only had one car available and made me upgrade for more money, then tried to hard talk me into getting the additional insurance. Classic tactics.Cons:They should have given me the car for the same price, instead of charging me for the upgrade.Reviewed 7 Jun. 2020
