Cons:Did not have the vehicle (pickup truck) I had reserved or any other vehicle options. Should not have accepted reservation if can't fulfill it. Had to pay for a Lyft ride home since I came away without a vehicle.Reviewed 29 Oct 2020

Pros:The process of reserving the car and the car itself was easy.Cons:There was an issue when I dropped off the car in Helena. I will say that the empolyee, Gwen, who helped me from Albany was VERY helpful. She resolved the issue. I feel that the employee in Helena was also very kind and was just trying to do his job. The situation did cause me some stress, though.Reviewed 16 Jun 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly, but they only had one car available and made me upgrade for more money, then tried to hard talk me into getting the additional insurance. Classic tactics.Cons:They should have given me the car for the same price, instead of charging me for the upgrade.Reviewed 7 Jun 2020
