Pros:One of the staff was friendly. The lady the originally took care of me, she seems like she didn’t want to be there. She gave a a dirty and smelly car. Also the car she gave me was dangerous because it was raining really hard and the windshield wipers, you can tell, they needed to be cleaned. Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpfulCons:WAY too EXPENSIVE!!!! I paid over $1,200 for renting a van for 7 days. That is $800 over what I should have had to pay, had another rental car business in the area had a van that I could have rented. Hidden FeesPros:The Elantra was a pleasure to drive and the staff was helpful at both pick-up and drop-off.Cons:There were fees I did not know existed that doubled the $40 a day cost. I don't even know what CDW stands for, but it cost me $22. Also the liability coverage was advertised at under $10 and I was charged $13.Reviewed 20 Sep. 2016
