They never called me. I get to the location. They don’t have my vehicle. They forgot to inform me. I missed my flight so I had to drive down. Which I was trying to avoid. I was late to my sons birthday. You guys need to compensate me. I am livid. This is ridiculous. The ball was dropped so hard. The state inspection was expired we noticed on the way home. Thankfully no tickets. Small interior and didn't sit 3 comfortably let alone 4. Thought I was getting a mid size SUV. My prius had more leg room than the ecosport.Reviewed 6 Sep. 2021

They called 45 minutes before pickup to tell us that the car we had reserved was not available and that they were cancelling our reservation, leaving us with no transportation options. I understand there is a rental car "shortage", but please don't accept reservations you cannot honor.Reviewed 16 Jul. 2021

Pros:NothingCons:No car available once I got there, waste of an uber then I had to run down the street to try and make it to Enterprise before they closed. Staff seemed helpful to begin with, then just left me sitting there waiting time when they didn't have any cars. Never renting from that location again.Reviewed 9 Jan. 2021

Pros:Easy to bookCons:Almost everything. I didn't have a mask and the guy behind the counter told me to go away. I was just dropped off by a uber and the nearest place selling masks was a 1 mile walk. He never offered to let me do the transaction outside. After I got in the car two minutes down the road a warning light came on indicating the car had been in an accident. I had to call HERTZ and photo the warning light so as to not be blamed for something I didn't do. When I got to the airport drop off no one was around and no sign for the key drop. I had to guess what to do and had no confirmation of an inspection of the car, just walked out assuming I did what I was supposed to do.Reviewed 7 Jan. 2021

INCREASED THE PRICE OF ONE DAY FROM $32 TO $139Cons:Horrible. I was forced to keep the car longer since I WAS DROPPING OFF LATE and they were trying to charge me almost 3x for one day. Horrible. Never renting from them again.Reviewed 18 Oct. 2017

Cons:I did not like that when I went to pick up the car they charge me an additional $200 for a deposit in a sneaky back handed way. First they said I needed to swipe my card to verify that it was the one that was used in the online purchase, and told me that they were not going to charge me anything. Then they said that they where going to hold the $200 deposit until the vehicle was returned. The deposit was not release until 5 days after the vehicle was returned. Additionally, the vehicle was really dirty and the power supply did not work so i was not able to charge my phone.Reviewed 16 Oct. 2017
