Pros:The manager finally fixed the screw up, but it took a while.Cons:I rented a sports car, meaning a Dodge Challenger or similar. When I got there, they were going to give me some mid-size 4-door. Pros:We reserved a minivan. Young man (Lane?) behind desk was very helpful - offered to bring the minivan around for me, then came back for a different set of keys because first minivan had a greasy window. Second minivan was low mileage (7,000) and very clean. Drp off was very easy.Reviewed 31 May 2019
