Pros:Even though I was out of their pick up range, they literally went the extra mile and picked me up so I didn't have to leave my car the whole weekend or gather my car up before my trip. Very helpful and professional.Cons:I requested an Ford Transit and got a Chevy passenger van which was sandy, had loose seats that I had to secure myself, food and stains on the benches, and lacked safety technology I would have expected in the Ford Transit with back up cameras, etc. Not happy with the vehicle switch.Reviewed 1 Oct. 2019

Terrible HoursPros:Quick drop offCons:Not open at all on Sundays, so I had to leave work on Monday to bring it back. I would never have booked with Enterprise if I had known that was the case. The person who checked me in said it was due to security concerns...but it's a car rental company. How much does a drop box cost?Reviewed 25 Sep. 2018

Very disappointedPros:We rented a car online and I was given a confirmation number. The car was supposed to be picked up at 10 a.m. the following day which was Saturday. On Saturday morning at 9a.m. Enterprise called us and told us that they had no cars available. It really messed up the whole the day as we had an important engagement out of town. We will never deal or do business with Enterprise again nor recommend them .Reviewed 14 Mar. 2017
