Pros:Nothing, they refuse to provide a rental car asking for the second driver to have a credit card or a debit card with two bills showing the residence address. Ridiculous, second driver should only need a driver license as long as I provide a major credit card. Enterprise is a complete nonsense - untrained employees.Cons:Train your employees!Reviewed 6 Jan. 2020

Pros:Kayak just screwed me up. There were no cars available even with a confirmed reservation. It was just a waste of time and money for me to travel to the store only to find out this information. Cons:We had to cancel because we needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle. They didn't even have one on the lot. When I called a Hertz nearby, not only did they have a 4 wheel drive available, but for $20 CHEAPER!Reviewed 4 Feb. 2019

Pros:That I did not have the same experience I had last year when they had overbooked and I only got a mini van at the last second. Very stressful!! This year Kyle Sacher at the 2821 El Camino Real, Redwood City, CA, office took care of me and did an excellent job. The car was there and ready, and everything went as smoothly as possible. Best Enterprise location in the areaPros:I did much better with these guys than with the dominant Enterprise location here (in Redwood City that sells off the used cars). I usually have issues with them using a debit card, but this rental was much smoother and painless. Fast in, fast out, got a good car, no hassles when I needed to extend a bit.Cons:I would sign up for an account with Enterprise and become a more permanent customer if that meant they wouldn't have to run a credit check and take two forms of ID on every single rental. Unfortunately their companywide policy is: let credit cards slide, always check debit cards.Reviewed 13 Apr. 2016
