When I arrived the young woman working the desk was both courteous, friendly and worked in a timely manner. She really was the best part of the experience. The car was very clean, drove smooth and was perfect for what I was doing. I would strongly recommend your facility to anyone I know who will be traveling through your city/airport. Will be a Enterprise Customer from now on!Pros:The entire process from beginning to end was excellent. The price was right, the customer service was exceptional, and upgrade that we got was wonderful! We drove a Rav 4 and not only was it comfortable for our trip, it got roughly 30 miles to the gallon. It was roomy enough for all 3 of us plus luggage with quick response and great turning radius. We had a terrible experience last year with a competitor and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. But Enterprise was exceptional through the entire process and honored what the promised and more. We will never rent from another company and highly recommend these guys.Reviewed 30 Nov. 2016
