Excellent Experience
Pros: I showed up on time, they got all my info, the car was cleaned and brought up front, we did a walk through, I got in the car and was on my way. I returned late the same night, dropped the keys in the return box and went on my way. Everything was quick and easy.
Cons: Nothing negative to say.

Cons: The vehicle was not clean. I asked and was told that I would have to wait for an additional 30 minutes. Was very disappointed and don't think I will be renting from Hertz again.

Cons: I was rented a car at an hour that the agency was closed. Needless to say, I was unable to obtain a car that day. Still no refund and told it may take up to two weeks to see a refund.
