The website allowed me to pickup at 5pm but when my wife and I arrive there shortly before 5pm the sign on the door said that they close at 4pm and we saw no one at the counter. Luckily, after a few minutes two staff members walked out from the back and checked me in but they stated that they didn’t know why we were allowed to check in after closing hours. The car was clean and nice. Unfortunately the computer screen locked up & we couldn’t even listen to music. But worst of all, I’ve received 3 voicemails today saying I didn’t return the car which was returned Saturday at 5!! I even have a picture of putting the keys in their return box. They even tried to charge my credit card an additional $50!! Not happy w that experience at all. The car was returned and not cool to get calls demanding I return a car that I already returned!!Reviewed 30 May 2022
