Pleasantly surprisedPros:It took less than 15 minutes to pickup my rental car and it was just a easy to return to car. I will definitely use them again to rent a car. Good customer service. I paid $70 for a four day rental.Cons:The cap on the tire valve was missing so I had to put air in the tire before I got back on the road to return home. Luckily it was an easy fix and I knew what the dashboard symbol meant. I also wasn't told about the $200 deposit/hold for using my debit card so I was surprised when I looked at my online banking. Luckily I had money in the bank. Also, it was reversed the day I returned he car.Reviewed 22 Feb. 2016

Great VacationPros:Nice place, didn't expect a washer and dryer that was a huge benefit. Very relaxing and a great view! Loved being on the 8th floor.Cons:1. The cook stove could be replaced. Aluminum foil under the burners seems a little trashy and in looking closer the guarding the foil is protecting is hard to clean. Buy hey it worked. We cook on it. and had all we needed. 2. We read all the instruction documents and did not see anything telling us we could not grill on the balcony until we arrived and found it on the refrigerator door. It would help to have all the information on line. We bought a grill we couldn't use. 3. We also didn't know we were supposed to leave the parking permit. Again a missing instruction. These should be on line for when you are studying the rental rules. Would still recommend it any day!!Reviewed 18 Jul. 2016

Not a very good representative of HertzPros:Was a great car and excellent mileage for the trip.Cons:No one went over the car or explained anything. Went to pick up the car was running late and called ahead to see if they would stay over about 10 min so we could pick it up. Response was that the agent had plans and next time don't be late to pick up. Did not offer refund for that day and had to make two trips to the location ro pick up the car....bad business practice and if i can will not rent from that location again.Reviewed 9 Oct. 2017

Cousin Vinnys Chop ShopPros:First off, the office was filthy. Carpets stained, yellow walls, and it was very unproffessional looking. They were inside of a very nice Holiday Inn, so it really created an atmosphere of them setting up shop in a broom closet. Everything in there could have been moved out within an hour and it gave it an overall shady vibe. The car itself was banged up a bit, but gas mileage was amazing and I may actually buy that model now.Cons:Office was terribly shady looking. We had to put down a $200 deposit, deapite paying a month ahead and having full coverage, so what had seemed like a deal was just hidden fees. The car was dinged up.Reviewed 28 Aug. 2017

Cons:We currently show an extra $25.00 on our credit card with no explanation of what we're being charged for. We returned the car on a Saturday afternoon, so we'll wait u too Monday to see if charges are removed.Reviewed 31 Jul. 2017
