The pickup spot is convenient and the employees were very helpful. However, given that wr booked through a third party, we were told we'd been booked with the "manager special" or something, and we were given a gas-guzzling truck to drive instead of a sedan or even an SUV. So very polluting and of course very expensive in gas. So be warned, the management can really rent you whatever they want to when it says "mystery car" in your booking.Reviewed 7 Jun. 2022

This was my first time renting a car. I was moving (I don’t own furniture yet) and needed a lot of space. The woman at the desk at LB Airport helped me talk through my needs and find a vehicle that was best for my needs and a return schedule that made more sense than what I had initially booked. She was friendly and patient through the process, and brought me closer to my needs. The car itself was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the safety features it had given I had an 8 hour drive in a very packed car. I also found myself impressed with the mileage of the car. The entire rental and return process was seamless and positive. I really couldn’t think of anything to improve on. The process was smooth and the counter worker did an excellent job helping me fine a car to fit my needs!Reviewed 14 Mar. 2022
