The manager, Tom was excellent! Very personable, and made me feel important. This office is not the easiest to work with, but not bad. The value for this deal was very good - I am glad I used the 'We pick the car' option.Reviewed 14 Jan. 2023

**Important to note this location is about a 10 min drive from the airport. ** But it was one of the best experiences I've had renting a car thanks to Semir. He had the car ready for me, had taken photos of the car and emailed them to me (saving me time), and was super friendly. Great experience!Reviewed 28 Aug. 2022

Hertz desk was unattended when I arrived, though every other rental car company’s desk was open. There was a sign to proceed to the garage. When I got there there was one man attending the booth and several people waiting. The process took about 40 minutes, an excessive amount of time in my opinion. Also, I had tried to call the Hertz office at the airport several times earlier in the day (4 times as I recall) and no one ever picked up.Reviewed 14 Aug. 2022

1800 mile drive to Houston and they had obviously put new tires of a different brand on the back and they were unbalanced so the car vibrated at just above 70 mph. I don’t expect that from Hertz. Car had 28,000 miles on it.Reviewed 22 Feb. 2022
