Pros:Staff was rude at time of pick up, didn’t have the car I reserved and the solution was the cancel my reservation. My drop off time was outside their working hours and they told me I had to pay another day of rental to return the next day during their hours. Or I could pay to return it elsewhereCons:The car was dirty, food in between the seats. Gum stuck to the cushion, drinks were spilt and never cleaned up. Sand on the seats. Cons:The location (Renaissance) isn't even open on Sunday although my booking said to return it there at 3 pm. They told me to drop it off at John Wayne airport instead. The car was dirty -- especially given how prevalent COVID is right now, I would have hoped the company would be even more careful about cleaning it. I had to lysol wipe the steering wheel and etc myself after receiving the car.Reviewed 22 Jun 2020
