Cons:If they have to check my credit record, they should let me know before I pay online. I couldn't rent a car because I used a debit card and failed a credit check. I almost missed my DMV appointment because that, and the rental company refused to give me a refund. Fortunately, I finally got my license plate and didn't need to rent a car again.Reviewed 19 Aug. 2020

Cons:When I picked the rental up in New York excellent customer service! When i dropped the car off ithe customer service was rude and I had been charged for not a full tank of gas when there was!
