Pros:I get an upgrade from a manual to an auto car. The car condition is very good and reliable.Cons:the service could have been better, I have recently also rent a car in Slovakia and received a much better service with another provider. for comparison: I did not receive clear instruction on the location to return my car in Vienna and there wasn't a proper car-park to return the car, which of course i didn't know until i get there and have to make a detour with one passenger getting down to ask, where to drop the car. I have to drive up a curb which obviously is not clear to a new driver in town. All these could have been explained clearer at car-pick up (which compared to other rental company, they did explain clearly what to do, when dropping the car in another city). Please remember: we are new driver in town and need to know exactly all the small little details.Reviewed 16 Dec. 2016
