When we pick up the car, they did not want to grant the price per the reservation. He insisted that the system was showing 150 more of what the reservation was made. We had to insist for him to check with his manager for him to find a way to fix. At the end the manager told him to fix it. But his attitude was unkind.Reviewed 2 Nov 2022
