Pathfinder Stripper-No options at all @ $76.00 per day!- In Scranton!Pros:It started right away It had reasonable power The brakes worked!Cons:No outside thermometer Just a "Low Temperature Outside" note. That doesn't help much when the difference from 31F to 33F makes a big difference! No backup camera, No remote start. No auto headlights. Excellent!Pros:We were called out of state for the unexpected death of a family member. Needless to say we were under a great deal of stress. We rented a car with pick up and return at the Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton PA airport. The agent taking care of us, named Tia, was extremely competent, friendly and very compassionate. The car suited our needs in every way, all transactions went smoothly but the best experience of all was dealing with Tia. Hertz can be most proud of this associate and we are grateful she made an unpleasant time in our lives much easier. If all Hertz agents are as top notch as Tiaa, hertz will always be our first choice for any future car rental needs.Reviewed 12 Oct. 2017

Pros:Great value for the rental.Cons:Our pick up was incredibly stressful. We weren't allowed to use American Express at booking, and had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes when we picked up the car to change the credit card information. The phone representative was unable to answer our questions and took an unnecessary amount of time to confirm that were were going to pay the amount we originally reserved the car at.Reviewed 14 Sep. 2017
