I was very satisfied with the process because it was very easy and flawless. No complications, no hidden fees or anything that wasn't discussed prior to the rental. I will recommend Hertz to my visiting family and friends whenever they come to Vero Beach.Reviewed 18 Feb. 2023

There is always a push to get collision and other insurance coverage when renting a car and even tho you have your own insurance that should cover it, you are always told the worst scenarios if you don't get their $$ protection. Don't like that hassle no matter who you rent with. Wished they had more compact cars available at this location, but was given a Malibu that was ok. Was told compacts were more at a larger location. I did appreciate that this ofc was located to my family for easy pick up and from offs.Reviewed 12 Feb. 2023

I called hertz and requested a specific car which I was assured it will be available upon arrival I was told that it was not available, instead they tried to up selling me to upgrade. The car I received was clean (2018 Nissan Rouge) but not in the best of shape as it vibrated a lot on the highway.Reviewed 19 Sep. 2022

Did not get the car I reserved. At 6'4" I can't fit into a Chevy Sprint, which is what I got but did not reserve. Actually hurt myself getting in and out. Ended up returning car sooner than I had to because of the issue. Worst part Hertz wouldn't give me a discount on the smaller car, which they screwed up on. The Hertz employee's exact words were, " It'll get you from point A to point B". Ya that's great customer service on their crew up. Not to mention I got full billing on the insurance even though it was returned early because of Hertz screw up. Only in America.Reviewed 19 Jan. 2022

When I rented the car Alan the manager said the car had a full tank of gas, once I drove off and was 3 miles away I realized the car was only three quarters full. So I returned it full because it was stated that way but it was not.Reviewed 31 Dec. 2021
