Pros:Everything was good except they mixed up my rental paper work with another person whose last name was also Taylor. They were trying to sort it out but needed a manager's code or something. Pros:Customer service agent was great! She deserves all the credit for this excellent review. 30 years experience - she knows that job inside and out and should be a trainer. I was met in the lot for the return and it was processed in less than a minute. I also received a free upgrade. Price was not disclosed properlyPros:The rental car itself was fine and on par with other rental companies.Cons:Expensive. The price surcharges are unbelievable. I rent cars a few times a year in different cities in different countries. This time I was charged three times the amount quoted when I returned the vehicle (plus taxes). I do understand having to pay a fee for insurance and other tariffs, but three times the amount is ludicrous. The third person I spoke to admitted it was high and hard to figure out in the documents. I felt hertz was not as upfront as other car rental companies like budget or enterprise. I felt ripped off. I would never do business with them again.Reviewed 20 Sep. 2018
