Everything was great, but the problem is, on the website it was showing 52 dollars for the car and 18 dollars for the base insurance. But when I went there I paid 100 francs for the car and base insurance.Reviewed 14 Jan 2025

The employees in Hertz were very polite and helpful. The only thing is that all insurance details were not shown in the Kayak app, and in my opinion the options should be implemented correctly because they are super useful for the customers.Reviewed 19 Jul 2024

They charged me EXTRA on my credit card BEFORE I took delivery of the car even after I was assured the payment was made in full ( no balance owing). Upon return of the vehicle, they found a very minor nick in the windshield. I have attempted to have this resolved over MANY emails and keep getting the 'run around", even after they admit that the overcharge at the beginning was their mistake. They have considered the case closed and are with holding the money they mistakingly charged to my account ( the money owed is more than a windshield repair ) I will NEVER deal with Hertz Rental again.Reviewed 3 Mar 2024
