Pros:
Pickup & drop off was relatively painless. Neither rep demonstrated a welcoming attitude. All business. Pickup rep was eating while helping the customer ahead of me at pickup.Cons:
A quick review of operating functions would have been helpful. I am a senior citizen not used to the new electronic wizardry. My wife & I spent a few minutes doing that at pickup and later again with headlight & windshield wiper settings. Picking up a vehicle and being thrust into traffic with rainy weather is not my idea of fun.Sixt

I didn't like the fact that Kayak sold me insurance, then the the car provider told me that the insurance that I paid for through Kayak would not cover their car. I still don't know the details of who was right on that issue :(2.0 Poor
