Good car. Pleasant staff.Cons:
Pick up process was slower than expected. Car had stale smoke smell which wasn’t obvious when we picked it up because they had drowned it in a sickening sweet air freshener. Soon as that wore off, the smoke smell was there.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Staff in Jackson never answered the phone. We were getting in at 11:15PM and it said the booth closed at 11. Call all day to confirm and no one picked up. When we returned the car, we were charged double the price of what we rented it for. Horrible experience.6.8 Okay

I liked the efficiency of service, the car was ready. It was a great experience. The rental process was hindered by the overly flirty associate.Cons:
The associate was unprofessional. He asked me where I was going, where I worked, make comments about my appearance. When I asked him what was his purpose, he stated it was apart of his job. I came to get a car, not to be harassed at the counter by a hormonal college student. He thought my irritation was funny. He and the female associate next to him. It was not.Hertz

Never got a car, so nothing to like.Cons:
I was sent to a pick up location that had been closed for years. Had to travel 10 miles to another location, then told I wasn’t in their system so no car available. Thank goodness Budget was right next door.10.0 Wonderful

The associate at the Jackson Hertz was very unhelpful and discourteous. I reserved a mid-size SUV and on the reservation it said, “Jeep Cherokee, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, or similar model.” However, the associate would not let me rent a Jeep Cherokee without paying for an upgrade.8.0 Very good

Scheduled pick up for 8pm. They closed at 8pm and no one was able to assist me with rental. I had to cancel and order another car last minute through a different company. I had to pay more and lost 2 hours of time. Called Bridget Whiteman, the supervisor, and she recommended I wait until the next morning to pick up the car. Very poor service and would not recommend.National
